The role
My client are looking for an experienced Site Agent to lead civil engineering projects. You will oversee the site teams, manage resources, and work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Cost control, Health & Safety are paramount too.

You will lead all site activities, managing operatives and sub-contractors.
You will manage budgets, resources, and programme deadlines
Manage risk assessments, method statements, WPPs
Strong client relationships are essential

If you have experience managing projects which involved infrastructure, highways, utilities, earthworks, or structures this could be a great opportunity for you. I addition, experience delivering projects under NEC 3/4 or similar contracts would be beneficial.

A Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent experience), SMSTS and IOSH qualifications are essential. NRSWA Supervisor, or Temporary Works qualifications would also be beneficial too.
You must also hold a full UK driving licence
