Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Eastwood Trading Estate
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, flexible shifts between 7:00am – 6:00pm
Job Type: Full-Time 40 hours with the potential of temp to perm

About the Role:

We’re currently looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy team at our 3-storey warehouse on Eastwood Trading Estate. This is a hands-on, active role involving order picking and stock movement, including placing boxes into racking across multiple warehouse levels.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately pick and pack customer orders ready for dispatch

* Move stock around the warehouse and load items into appropriate racking locations

* Operate safely across a 3-storey warehouse environment

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area

* Follow health & safety guidelines at all times

* Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirements:

* Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred but not essential

* Good attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and working across multiple floors

* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

* Reliable and punctual

* Safety Shoes or Safety Boots

* Hi Vis (If you don’t have one, one can be provided)

Working Hours & Pay:

* 8-hour shifts, flexible start times between 7:00am – 6:00pm, opportunites to potentially move to 4 day week in the future.

* Overtime may be available during busy periods
