Motorsport is an industry known for the tight tolerances it operates between, with precision being the aim of the game both on the track and in the factory!

In this role you will collaborate closely with engineering departments to determine optimal machining methods, select appropriate tooling, and create programmes for the highest quality components.

This role will primarily involve utilising Siemens NX software to develop intricate programs up to 5 axis for the CNC machines. The CNC Offline Programmer will work with a variety of specialist metallic materials, including Aluminium, Alloy Steels, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Castings, and Forgings, while adhering to strict tolerances down to microns. You will be spending a lot of your time with the directors and wider quality team to help develop the department further.

The company you will be joining is an impressive sub con machine shop who are well known within the motorsport industry and supplying into F1 and bespoke vehicle industries. They have an order book filled with new projects as well as plenty of opportunity to climb the ladder internally in the coming years.

Experience we're looking for in you:

Experienced Programming within Siemens NX
Strong understanding of metallic materials and the CNC Process.
