Role: Junior Electrical Estimator

Salary: £35k - £40k per annum

27 Days Holiday plus bank holidays, company beneiftis, company pension

Location: West Yorkshire

The Role

We are working with an expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for an electrician who wants to move off the tools into an junior Electrical estimator.

You will be given full support to learn and train. 

You will be working closely with the main contractor and end client.

You will work closely with the Estimating Manager and pre-construction team.

Projects range from £2m up to £20m combined M&E.

Sectors include : Hotels,retail, education and large commercial buildings. They work with a lot of major contractors on various sites across the UK.  

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:

- HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit or timeserveed electrical background

- 18th edition

- Use of specialist Estimating software

- Strong time management skills

- Strong people skills

- Strong commercial and business development skills

The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress with an ever expanding order book of strong and stable clients.
