Job Title; General Operative

Salary; £12.23 - £13.94 per hour

Shift Pattern; Monday - Friday 6.30am - 2.30pm

Location; Rugby

Jacob Thomas Associates are proud to represent a Global manufacturer seeking General Operatives to join our client based in Rugby, an established manufacturer with a strong presence in their market who supply to a number of reputable brands. Duties will include loading, unloading, scanning ensuring items are to the correct specification.

This is a long term assignment with the view to permanent opportunities with increases in pay once trained on MHE and immediately available

The General Operative Role;

* Ensuring products packed to specification

* Loading and unloading materials and products

* Performing quality checks to minimise nonconformance

* Working to meet deadlines and production targets

The General Operative Candidate;

* Experience within a manufacturing environment

* Able to operate MHE to perform correct picking, in house training provided

* Reliable with excellent timekeeping skills

* Good communication skills

* Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
