Oculus Legal Group, working in close partnership with our award winning and highly regarded Stirlingshire legal client who has long standing connections in the local communicates, are assisting with the appointments of a Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly and talented practice in Falkirk.

Appointment Summary

Our client’s private client practice has a diverse client base, undertaking a varied role as a Solicitor your duties will include (but not limited to):

* Advising clients on a variety of issues through meetings and consultations.

* Providing counsel on matters such as Wills, Tax Planning, Executries, Trusts, and Guardianships.

* Playing a proactive role in enhancing and expanding the existing private client services, collaborating closely with other practice areas to elevate the profile of the private client team through various business development initiatives in the local community.

* Managing instructions and drafting letters/correspondence. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and overseeing case management.

Required Background(s)

* At Solicitor level, our client is looking ideally for 1+ years PQE however if you have gained experience in private client during your traineeship and are a NQ, this would be a potential fantastic opportunity for you.

* Ideally have demonstrable background in Private Client including experience in Executries, wills, power of attorneys, guardianships, and trusts.

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
