Hard Hat Recruitment is proud to be working with a growing and well-respected air conditioning and mechanical services company based in Kent. We’re currently looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join their expanding projects team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with long-term commercial contracts, excellent working conditions, and generous overtime and travel pay.

? Role Overview

As an Install Engineer, The role is field-based, and you’ll be covering anywhere from Birmingham down with paid travel from door-to-door at 1.5x your hourly rate — making this a highly rewarding package. Work has a potential need for stay away when required however the full details will be discussed at interview stage

F-Gas Certification

*

Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems

*

Strong technical knowledge of VRF, VRV, and Split Systems

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

*

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

? Salary & Benefits

£41,600 basic salary (£20 per hour, based on 40 hrs/week)

*

1.5x pay for all travel time, door to door

*

OTE £57,000+ with travel pay (based on avg 10 hrs/week)
