Following a successful few months since the re-opening of our Oxfordshire branch - and with several of our staff moving into permanent roles - Empowering Learning are now looking to expand our local team. We're actively seeking teachers and cover supervisors who are interested in flexible, rewarding supply work across Oxfordshire.

Whether you're between roles, at the start of your teaching career, or simply seeking more flexibility, we'd love to hear from you. We're especially keen to connect with individuals who are passionate about education and excited to work in a variety of school environments.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable classroom experience, support student development, and explore different schools across the region.

As a supply teacher or cover supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
Have the flexibility to shape your own working week.
Experience a range of school settings, year groups, and teaching styles.
Manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
Support students with their learning and help them stay engaged throughout the day.Who We're Looking For

Have experience working with children or young people in a school or similar environment.

Are confident in managing a classroom and delivering lessons across various subjects and age groups.
