Job Title - Estate Caretaker
Location - Enfield
Hours - 36 per week
Pay - £17.36 per hour PAYE inc Holiday | £22.16 per hour LTD

The Role
Service Care Solutions are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Caretaker to join our client's team working out of Enfield. In this post, the Caretaker will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the external communal areas of their housing stock. As the first point of contact for residents, you will be the face of the organisation, providing a customer-focused service that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete a range of enhancement projects across the external communal areas of the housing stock
Provide a professional standard of work at a highly productive level, with minimum supervision
Undertake a range of works demonstrating proficient level skills and experience, including carpentry, painting, pressure washing, window cleaning, guttering cleaning, and basic grounds maintenance tasks
Act as first point of contact for residents, delivering a customer-focused service in line with best value
Work as part of a team or individually, providing services to customers
Requirements:

Proficient level skills and experience in carpentry, painting, pressure washing, window cleaning, guttering cleaning, and basic grounds maintenance tasks
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a professional and friendly service to residents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, as required
Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying equipment
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant trade qualification or experience (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and providing excellent customer service
Full UK Driving License
