An established civil engineering contractor with a strong order book of work are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to support a project portfolio in the region of £15m per year.
The business is known for its ability to self-deliver key packages and collaborate effectively with a trusted supply chain. The work is varied and would be classed as ‘heavy civils work' and specilaist.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will:
* Take full ownership of the projects and lead an established team, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards
* Work closely with experienced Project Managers and delivery teams and report into the companies Senior Contracts Manager
* Oversee 4-5 projects within the portfolio
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client requirements
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Report to board with progress, forecasts and CVRs
Candidates considered…
* With proven experience in civil engineering/infrastructure projects
* Comfortable managing multiple projects across various stages
* Strong knowledge contractual knowledge
* Excellent leadership, client management, and commercial awareness
The client would like someone to support them on a 2-3 day a week basis, however, we are keen to discuss all options.
