We’re opening a brand-new 4-bed therapeutic home,  we're seeking  a passionate Registered Manager to lead it to Outstanding!

What you'll do as a  Registered Manager :

Salary up to £53,725.86

️ 22 days' annual leave

Full therapeutic training (PACE, Attachment, etc.)

Enhanced pay on Christmas & New Year

Clear career progression

Registerted Manager Requirements:

✅ Minimum of 2years previous experience within the last 5 years in a position

✅ Level 3 Residential Childcare + Level 5 Leadership (or working towards)

✅ Proven experience managing children's homes

✅ Strong leadership and Ofsted knowledge

✅ Full UK driving licence + Enhanced DBS (funded)
