We’re working with a growing commercial business in Basildon that’s on the hunt for an ambitious, energetic Sales Development Representative. If you're a confident communicator with a proactive mindset and a hunger to grow in sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with structured progression and uncapped earnings.
The Role
This is a full-cycle business development position focused on sourcing leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities and managing client accounts, helping the business expand its footprint across key markets.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage your own sales pipeline

Engage leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Develop relationships with new and existing clients

Use the CRM to track leads, conversations, and results
*
Understand client needs and tailor your pitch accordingly

Identify trends and market insights to drive new opportunities

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Hit £50k target (6–9 months) → Promoted to Sales Executive + £3k pay rise

Hit £75k (9–12 months later) → Promoted to Senior Sales Executive + £3k increase
