HVAC Mechanical Project Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established, growing HVAC Mechanical Services Contractor based in the Leatherhead area.

Specialising in the design and installation of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Water Services, the company delivers high-quality mechanical packages across a range of commercial and public sector projects, with typical values ranging from £50K to £2M.

With a healthy pipeline of secured work and repeat business from loyal clients, the business is now looking to welcome a hands-on Mechanical Project Manager to strengthen their operations team.

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and final handover. You will ensure all mechanical works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team, values autonomy, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work across a range of interesting and varied projects.

Remuneration Package:

* Base Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
