About the Role of our Support Worker

We are looking for experienced support workers with a strong healthcare background to provide high-quality care to patients with complex care needs in their homes.

Requirements for the Support worker role

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* A minimum of 6 months current experience in a healthcare setting

* The right to work in the UK

* Experience with service users with complex needs
