Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for an experienced Production Planner on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be well versed generating production schedules and analysing customer requirements and bills of material.

8am – 4:345pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 3pm on Friday

Job Description

Generate and maintain department specific production schedules
Determining raw materials needed to cover demand
Understand and analyse customer requirements
Analyse bill of materials for customer orders and new projects
Plan and priorities production to meet deadlines
Capacity planning
Attending new project meetings

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Strong experience working within production planning position
Well-versed using MRP systems/AX
Experience working in a fast paced and demanding industry, automotive is highly beneficial
