? What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to candidate placement
*
Building relationships with senior clients and decision-makers
*
Interviewing and assessing high-quality candidates
*
Working towards ambitious but realistic KPIs and performance targets
*
Becoming a specialist in your chosen market - UK or international

Recent graduate or final-year student (any discipline)
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Driven, confident and highly organised
*
Commercial awareness and the ability to think on your feet
*
Interest in working in the UK or Middle East markets

Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
