Your Role Will Include:

Providing 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with SEN

Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and school staff

Adapting learning strategies to meet individual needs and encourage progress

Supporting pupils to overcome challenges and reach their full potential

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)

A proactive, empathetic, and resilient attitude

Flexibility to work across different settings and adapt to individual requirements

A strong commitment to inclusion and creating a nurturing learning environment
