Customer service advisor 

My client based in Walsall is recruiting for a customer service advisor to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. 

Duties of a customer service advisor include 

Data entry 

Customer service calls to existing customers and occasional cold calling 

Following up quotations 

Assisting the transport office with administration duties 

Updating customers on transport and the progress
