Description
Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
Support recruitment processes, including job design, candidate selection, and onboarding.
Oversee performance management procedures and provide coaching where necessary.
Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy improvements.
Provide guidance on training and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities
Provide insight on OD, Workforce planning and Talent Management
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and retentionProfile
The successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
Ability to build strong relationships and influence Leadership
Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics
