Property Manager – Central/SE London (Hybrid) - £50-55k
We’re working with a well-regarded, independent managing agent conveniently located next to one of London’s best served Mainline Railway stations (Overground and Tube).
With a local, high-quality portfolio of long held (small to medium sized) blocks, they have grown organically year on year resulting in an additional need for a Property Manager as follows:
* Hybrid working (2x days from home), reporting into the office (or site) the remaining x3
* Working as part of a long established, friendly inclusive team (great atmosphere, smart casual dress code, lots of socials etc.)
* Undertaking the full range of Block Management duties in an accountable manner for cooperative, knowledgeable residents/directors
* Ensuring standards remain in line with (or exceed) SLA’s as per management terms, proactively managing sites for best value
* You’ll have 3-5 years Block Management experience and come from a stable career history where you will have undertaken the full life cycle of leasehold management duties
* TPI qualification beneficial but not essential and can be supported in post if desired
Salary will start around £50k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
