Supply Chain Administrator - Part-Time job share
Location: ME15 0DR Rural Maidstone - Easily accessible from Maidstone, Staplehurst, Marden, Tonbridge
Hours: 9am - 5pm (3 per week) You choose, within Monday - Thursday

£23-25,000 pro rata

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and organisation? Do you have experience in warehouse administration, stock control, purchasing, or supply chain management? If so, this Supply Chain Administration role could be the perfect fit for you!

Your Role Will Include:

- Stock analysis and reporting to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Purchasing essential products to meet customer order requirements
- Monitoring and resolving stock shortages and out-of-stock issues
- Chasing supplier deliveries and handling product returns
- Booking in deliveries and maintaining supply chain records
- Supporting the Supply Chain Manager in administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

- Strong administrative skills with experience in supply chain, purchasing, or stock control
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
- Proficiency in Excel and other business software
- Great communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
