A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a person to join a team to support the development of advanced missile datalinks and seekers. This role involves contributing to the design, research, and development of systems, with a focus on RF and Electro-Optic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have:

• Design and development of RF/microwave and electronic systems
• Algorithm design and implementation
• Overseeing hardware transition from development to production
• Experience in system level functionality, software/firmware integration, and proving
• Familiarity with digital signal processing for high data bandwidth systems
• Systems modelling and Autocode generation
• Requirements definition and systems design
• Leading design reviews and managing external suppliers
