SP Recruitment is seeking to Recruit dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join our healthcare team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment,delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and provide support to families.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
RGN will be responsible for the assessments of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
He/she will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care.
To take responsibility for patients as delegated by Registered Manager
To work in our team, you’ll need to demonstrate the core values as set out by the client(Nursing Home).

Qualifications:
Registered General Nurse
NMC Registration
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
Some evidence of post registration Training

Experience:
Qualified nursing experience working in a nursing home
Evidence of good practice
Teaching and mentoring junior staff

Skills:
Good communication skills
Able to work under supervision
Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients

Personal Qualities:
Motivated
Enthusiastic
Able to relate well with people/team

Special Knowledge :
Up to date with current nursing issues
Health promotion and illness prevention
Professionalism and good work ethic
Passionate and understanding towards family members
