The Opportunity

Our client is one of the fastest-growing housing associations in the Northwest, offering excellent long-term opportunities within their responsive maintenance team. They are now seeking an experienced Plumber to join their Liverpool team, working across both occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Duties

Carry out all aspects of plumbing repairs and maintenance

Work on both reactive and planned maintenance across tenanted and void properties

Deliver high-quality work while representing the organisation professionally

Engage with tenants/customers directly, ensuring excellent customer service

Complete works safely and in accordance with health & safety guidelines

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification (must be able to provide proof)

Experience working within social housing or similar customer-facing maintenance roles

Full UK driving licence

Must be clean shaven for the Face Fit

No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans

Strong communication and customer care skills
