The team operates with modern machining technology, including hyperMILL - a modular CAD/CAM platform supporting 2.5D, 3D and 5-axis machining, as well as high-speed and high-performance cutting strategies. Experience with hyperMILL is a genuine advantage, though not essential for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Programming and operating CNC machines to produce accurate, high-quality parts
Using CAM software to create and optimise machining programs
Working closely with colleagues to maintain smooth, efficient workflow
Maintaining machinery to high standards of quality and safety
Contributing positively to a respectful, team-first environment

What you'll need

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator
hyperMILL experience is beneficial
Resides within the Birmingham area
Strong team player - this team values cooperation over lone-wolf working
A commitment to precision, consistency and safe working practices
