Academics is working in partnership with a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Worcester, and we're on the lookout for a motivated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Teaching Assistant in Worcester, you will:

Work alongside the class teacher to support daily lessons

Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups

Help pupils stay focused, engaged and confident in their learning

Support classroom routines and contribute to a positive school culture

What We'd Love to See

Experience working with children (school-based experience is ideal)

A calm, positive and proactive attitude

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Dependability and the ability to commute to Worcester
