Questech Recruitment have an opportunity for a Minute Taker to join their local Authority client on a temporary basis. This is guaranteed until the end of 2025.
You must be able to evident a basic disclosure to apply for this position.
The role:
* Taking minutes in client meetings
* Making outbound calls to customers
* Updating the system
* Reporting minutes
We are looking for:
* Experience of working both as part of a team and on own initiative in a busy office environment
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A quick learner
* Displays a positive attitude to change and is willing to work flexible
* A proven track record of minute taking
