What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day operations across NHS and private surgical services.
Improve efficiency and patient flow using data-driven insights.
Support strategic goals, budgets, and quality improvement projects.
Ensure compliance across CQC, safeguarding, infection control, and more.What We’re Looking For:

NHS experience as a Hospital Operations Manager (private sector a bonus).
Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in IT and project delivery.Package:

£55,000 salary.
