Looking to lead projects and grow your career within a respected engineering practice?

Our client, a well-established engineering consultancy, is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their expanding Sheffield office. With a growing project portfolio, they need an experienced engineer to lead schemes and manage internal teams.

The Role:

Run structural engineering projects from start to finish
Lead and support a small internal design team
Work closely with civil engineers to coordinate project delivery
Engage with clients and contribute to technical excellence
Projects include commercial steel frames, factory unit alterations, new office and residential developments, bespoke homes, and historic building modifications

About You:

Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
Working towards chartership (IStructE/ICE)
Strong technical and leadership skills
Confident managing projects and mentoring junior staff

They do prefer people to be in the office but will consider some working from home and are open to negotiation on this.
