Air Conditioning Service Engineer – £45,000 to £55,000

Talented People are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our established client, who are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected company that values quality, customer service, and employee development.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Servicing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems including Splits, Multis, VRVs, and FCUs

* Working across both residential and commercial sites

* Occasionally working outside standard hours to deliver excellent customer service.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will:

* Travel to Dartford (DA2) often.

* Hold a valid full UK driving licence.

* Have a minimum of 8 years’ industry experience.

* Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

* Demonstrate strong IT skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

* Take initiative, solve problems effectively, and maintain a customer-focused approach.

* Be flexible, reliable, and trustworthy.

Essential Qualifications

You should hold some of the following certifications:

* Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical, City & Guilds

* Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar

Package & Benefits

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Overtime: Evening and weekend opportunities available

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
