Permanent | £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + Benefits

A leading contractor in the construction and interior fit-out sector is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Fit-Out Manager to join their growing delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on a variety of fast-paced commercial and industrial projects across the region.

The Role

As the M&E Fit-Out Manager, you will:

Lead and manage mechanical and electrical fit-out works across multiple sites

Coordinate with site staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery

Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, industry standards, and client specifications

Oversee project progress, budgets, and quality control

Provide expert technical advice and solutions on M&E installations

What We're Looking For

Proven track record managing M&E fit-out works within construction or interior fit-out environments

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, installation practices, and current regulations

Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Able to problem-solve and thrive under pressure

Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, or project management are preferred

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7am - 4pm

Friday: 7am - 1pm

Closed on Bank Holidays with a full Christmas & New Year shutdown
