The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mounter / Goldsmith to join our growing team in Hatton Garden. The successful candidate will play a key role in the production of high-end jewellery, primarily focusing on mounting diamonds and gemstones into fine jewellery and engagement ring settings.

Key Responsibilities

Mounting diamonds and gemstones into engagement rings and fine jewellery pieces
Assembling and finishing jewellery to a high standard
Preparing settings for stone setting, ensuring accuracy and quality
Carrying out polishing, sizing, and general bench work where required
Working closely with setters, designers, and the wider workshop team
Maintaining excellent attention to detail and quality control standards
Assisting with repairs and alterations when needed

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Mounter, Goldsmith, or Bench Jeweller
Experience working with fine jewellery and engagement rings preferred
Strong bench skills including assembly, pre-polish, and finishing
High level of precision and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
Experience working with precious metals including gold and platinum
Team player with a proactive and professional approach
