Are you a detail-driven Estimator with experience in the commercial fit-out sector? Do you enjoy working on high-spec interior projects and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We’re looking for a confident and capable Estimator to join our growing team in Cheshire.

About the Role

We are a well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality office interiors across the North West. As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our pre-construction team by preparing competitive, accurate, and commercially sound tenders across a variety of CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects.

You’ll work closely with the project and design teams to ensure proposals reflect the scope of works, client needs, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for office fit-out projects valued £250k–£2M+

*

Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to compile accurate take-offs

*

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations

*

Attend site visits and tender review meetings

*

Assist in value engineering, risk analysis, and tender presentations

*

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and directors to support successful project delivery

Requirements

*

Proven experience in estimating within the office fit-out or commercial interiors sector

*

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and supply chains

*

Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills

*

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software (e.g. ConQuest, Causeway, or similar)

*

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

*

A team player who can also work independently when required
