Job Title: Senior NPD Technologist
Location: West Midlands

Join a fast-paced NPD team driving innovation in food manufacturing. You'll be working on a brand new product line, developing and trialling new recipes, ensuring they're cost-effective, operationally sound, and ready for market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and test brand new food concepts in the kitchen and factory

* Support factory trials and capture critical data

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Ops, Packaging, Finance)

* Manage samples for testing and customer feedback

What You Bring:

* Food Science or related degree with some strong industry experience

* Hands-on NPD or Process experience (minimum 2- 3 years)

* Organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator

* Confidence! There will be travel involved with this role as well

* Able to juggle multiple projects and think on your feet

* Comfortable in kitchens, factories, and office environments

Bonus Points:

* Experience with Bakery or Snacking products

* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel – there will be an opportunity to travel to Mexico and America for a few months!
