Backshift Supervisor - Key Details

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Backshift Supervisor to join our factory in Brompton-on-Swale, Richmond, overseeing evening production operations and supporting the smooth running of the site.

Hours ?

40 hours per week

Mon-Thurs: 2:30pm-11:00pm | Fri: 2:30pm-8:30pm

1 in 4 Saturdays (7:30am-12:30pm) - essential ?

Pay ?

£22.93 per hour (incl. backshift allowance)

Up to £49,481 per year with Saturdays

Saturday rate: £28.66 per hour

Role Responsibilities ?

Support the Works Manager in daily production activities

Achieve shop floor targets & report performance

Allocate workload & supervise staff

Maintain Health & Safety standards (PPE compliance)

Conduct appraisals & support staff development

Strong leadership & communication skills

Organised, proactive & solutions-focused

Willing to work 1 in 4 Saturdays ?

IOSH / First Aid desirable (training provided)
