Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Mobile - FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings - Oxford, Northampton & Milton Keynes - Up to £43,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Oxford, Northampton & Milton Keynes. CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based across retail and baking environments in the MK, NN and OX postcodes. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven commercial/property building maintenance track record. He or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance. This is a great local role for a potential candidate.

Package

Basic Salary of up to £43,000
Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Company Vehicle + Fuel Card - Private Use available
Travel paid after 30 minutes each way

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting
Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits
Assisting in the mechanical maintenance on site
Any reactive and planned maintenance on siteHours of Work

Monday to Friday (40-hour week)

08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Requirements

Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Essential 
City & Guild/NVQ Level 3 Essential 
City & Guilds - 18th Edition
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance 
Installation experience
Excellent customer service skills
Happy to cover a large site
