You will lead eight engineers and technicians who can fix, build, and improve anything. You will keep production reliable, compliant, and efficient and then make it better. Maintenance, performance, automation, energy savings, you will own it all

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, your success will be measured in uptime, cost control, and the satisfying hum of a plant running at its best

You will need

Electrical or mechanical engineering expertise plus real-world maintenance leadership

Confidence managing people and performance

Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), pneumatics, hydraulics, and food-industry compliance

Calm under pressure and sharp on improvements

Bonus points for

HNC/D, HV/LV experience, food hygiene certification, or prior head-of-engineering experience

Hands-on, high-impact, mission-critical. Mostly day shift, with flexibility for urgent calls or audits
