A cost consultancy based in South Lanarkshire, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in project delivery, taking responsibility for cost management, client communication, and commercial control across multiple projects.
Key responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying.
Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and bills of quantities.
Administer and advise on contracts, including NEC and JCT forms.
Contribute to project reviews and help shape innovative cost solutions.
Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
About You
Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years’ experience within a cost consultancy or contractor environment.
Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract (NEC, JCT, etc.).
Confident analyser with strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and QS software such as CostX (or similar).
Motivated, self‑driven, and keen to contribute to a culture of continual improvement.
