gap technical are proud to be representing this manufacturing business in their search for a Customer Account Administrator to work at their facility based near Welwyn Garden City
Performance Objectives

Support in preparing and submitting bids for proposals and tenders.
Gather necessary information from various teams for bids.
Ensure proposals are timely, meet specifications, and are delivered on time.
Organise meetings and events
Review proposals, tenders, and quotes for quality and compliance with company standards.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with clients
Assist Customer Services with sales order entry and order loading
When required prepare international shipping documentation
When required assist with Job Card Transfers
General office duties including filing, copying etc
Taking calls/messages when customer account managers are not availablePerson Specification

A-C GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths;
Experience in a customer support role
Comfortable and experienced in communicating via telephone and email
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products
Experience of planning and prioritising to meet tight deadlines;
Good understanding of people and procedures;
Good communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively at all levels within the Company;
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, suppliers, immediate team members and other production teams;
IT proficiency with the ability to input and retrieve data;
Good time management and organisational skills.Desirable

Customer services training/qualification
Experience in similar manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of company policies and procedures.Apply
