Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes is recruiting for a skilled, experienced HR Manager for our client in Bristol. This company is a global manufacturing business with a few sites in the UK. They specialise in processing and packaging equipment for different manufacturing industries.
The Role:
* Guide managers on HR strategies and best practices
* Provide strategic and operational support to management and employees across all UK sites
* Review, maintain and develop group wide HR policies, processes, systems and contracts
* Oversee payroll and manage employee benefits e.g. pension, health care
* Lead recruitment, on boarding and training processes
* Work on projects including acquisitions & group policy initiatives
* Delivery HR updates and facilitate feedback mechanisms
* Ensure full compliance with all company and legal requirements
* Manage a small team HR Support team
About you:
* CIPD level 7 quality or time served HR manager
* Knowledge of UK employment legislation
* Experience as a generalist HR professional
* Ability to manage all aspects of human resources
* IT proficient
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Willingness to travel occasionally
