Project Co-ordinator – Construction Refurbishment

Salary: Circa £28,000 plus company bonus
Our well-established client in the construction refurbishment sector is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Co-Ordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic business that delivers a range of refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.
The Role
The Project Co-ordinator will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects by working closely with the Project Managers and wider operations team. From coordinating labour and materials to maintaining schedules and client communication, this is a varied and rewarding position requiring exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with managing projects alongside Project Managers
Coordinate and lead weekly pre-start meetings to ensure all labour and materials are in place
Manage the diaries for Project Managers across the North and South regions
Create and maintain project programmes using tools such as Simpro, Bolster, Microsoft Projects, and Excel
Ensure regular system and database updates are completed accurately
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project progress
Process purchase orders and assist with material procurement
Provide wider office admin support including training schedules and contract renewals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Solid IT and Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel and project scheduling tools
Experience using Simpro, Bolster, or similar project management/CRM systems (preferred)
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to work both independently and within a team
Clear communication skills and a client-focused mindset
