We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operative to join a busy and dynamic fulfilment team. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods efficiently, ensuring high levels of accuracy, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Day to day you will be responsible for unpacking and processing inbound parcels, preparing and securely packing a variety of products for delivery, and working to tight despatch deadlines. You’ll be part of a friendly and fast-paced team where attention to detail is essential to ensure orders reach customers on time and in perfect condition.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Previous experience or in a similar warehouse based role
Good physical fitness – able to stand for long periods and lift up to 15kg
Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Within this position, you’ll also be:

Unpack high volumes of deliveries from couriers
Prepare and pack parcels securely for safe transit
Operate wrapping machinery for packaging material
Follow set procedures to meet despatch targets and maintain quality
Support general warehouse and fulfilment duties as required
Hours and Salary

Monday to Friday am – 5:30pm
