Cover Supervisor – Secondary School

Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Salary: £100–£180 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)

Are you passionate about working with young people and looking to gain hands-on classroom experience? I’m representing a well-regarded secondary school in Dudley seeking a confident and committed Cover Supervisor to join their team from September.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher

Maintain classroom order and follow the school’s behaviour policies

Support students with their learning, ensuring continuity in their education

Liaise with teaching staff to provide feedback on lesson delivery and pupil engagement

Full training and guidance will be provided — you’ll be part of a supportive team with a strong induction process and ongoing mentoring.
