Position Overview
The school is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join its thriving Arts Faculty. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire students across all key stages and to contribute fully to the school’s outstanding co-curricular programme.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Drama lessons across Key Stages 3–5

Direct and support school productions, drama showcases, and clubs
*
Foster a love of performance and storytelling in every student
*
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
*
Promote values such as self-expression, confidence, and collaboration
*
Engage in the wider life of the school, including co-curricular and pastoral responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate
*
Holds a degree in Drama or a related field
*
Possesses QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*
Has experience teaching Drama up to A-Level (ECTs are welcome to apply)
*
Demonstrates passion for the performing arts and creative education
*
Exhibits strong communication, organisational and classroom management skills
*
Values student voice and is committed to helping girls build confidence through performance
