About the Role

As a Technical Services Manager you will be involved in the delivery of technical services on cut & carve commercial refurbishments in London with values up to £50m.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all technical aspects on commercial refurbs.

* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.

* Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.

* Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing cut & carve commercial refurbishments

* Solid understand of construction mechanical & electrical Technical Services

* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.

* Experience and involvement in client design and tender stage

* Excellent project management and organisational skills.

* Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : Package up to £90k. Travel to sites can be claimed on expenses.

Contract: Permanent

5 days in the office (Kent or London)
