What you will be doing:
As Customer Service Assistant you will assist customers with your first class customer service skills :
Answering customer calls and emails, taking orders and answering a range of queries
Inputting information onto the CRM
Processing orders including liaison with a number of departments
Regular customer contact on orders / delivery information
Adhoc project work as and when required What you will need to succeed:
Previous customer service experience
A good level of administrative experience with high accuracy skills and attention to detail
Good IT skills including MS office and CRM systems
The ability to work in a high volume and busy environment What you will receive in return :
