Service Administrator | Sighthill, Edinburgh | Full Time | £32,500–£35,500 OTE per annum, depending on experience and performance in the role
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Service Administrator based at our Škoda dealership in Sighthill, Edinburgh. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary package depending on previous experience, with an OTE of £32,500 to £35,500 per year.
This role is predominantly back-office based and ideal for someone highly organised, with a strong administrative background and an interest in the motor trade. The role also includes three afternoons per week covering the Service Advisor front desk, providing a varied and customer-facing element.
Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the Service department through accurate and efficient administrative support, customer communications, and booking coordination.

Are you the right person for the job?
Experience in an administrative or customer service environment (motor trade experience preferred)
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn internal systems quickly
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working to deadlines and handling multiple tasks
Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude
Full UK Driving Licence
Eligible to work in the UK
What will your role look like?
Manage online and telephone service bookings
Prepare job cards and schedule workshop loading
Support the team with EVHC (Electronic Vehicle Health Check) follow-ups and upsell where appropriate
Liaise with customers to confirm appointments and gather relevant information
Assist with invoicing and customer updates
Cover the front desk three afternoons per week, acting as a Service Advisor and delivering excellent customer service face-to-face
Maintain accurate records and ensure the reception area is presentable during cover periods
