Job Title: Year 4 Teacher

Are you an experienced educator seeking a temporary opportunity to inspire young minds? We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join on of our schools on a temporary basis from September to December.

Position Overview: As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of students. This temporary position requires someone with prior experience teaching lower Key Stage 2 and a thorough understanding of the Year 4 curriculum. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and promote inclusive learning.
Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the Year 4 team and the school community.
Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student well-being and academic achievement.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
Experience teaching lower Key Stage 2 (Year 3 or Year 4).
Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
Demonstrated commitment to promoting the well-being and academic success of all students.
