JOB ROLE 

Responsible for operational management of a recovery-focused service for individuals with mental health needs.
Supervise and support staff, volunteers, and students, ensuring effective deployment to meet service user needs.
Conduct assessments, develop support plans, and coordinate person-centred reviews with multi-disciplinary teams.
Maintain high standards of safety and quality, ensuring a welcoming environment for service users.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have a  minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with mental health needs or learning disabilities. ​
Essential qualifications include RMN/DipSW degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Must possess comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and a person-centered approach to care. ​
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service users and professionals are essential.

Annual Salary £30,000-£31,000
