Probate Case Manager - £25k-£28k DOE, fully remote working but can offer office based if wanted. Location Leicester.

Required experience:

Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
Experience of running a probate caseload.
Utilise and maintain case management system.
Ability to be confident working independently and efficiently as you will be dealing with high value and quite complex cases.
Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
Understand and adopt the Company's values and behaviours.

My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a Probate Case Manager to join an expanding team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of probate casework experience but must also be a qualified solicitor.
